Assam: 15-Year-Old Schoolgirl Missing in Barpeta, parents fear abduction

Guwahati, 17th March: The serene village of Dighirpam in Baghbar, Barpeta, was shaken to its core on March 14, when 15-year-old Minuwara Khatun vanished without a trace. A student of Class 9 at Dighirpam High School, Minuwara embarked on her routine journey to sit for her exam at 7:30 am, but never made it back home, leaving her family and the entire community in a state of anguish.

Despite exhaustive efforts, the search for Minuwara has yielded no leads, plunging her loved ones into deep despair. Concerns have escalated, with suspicions of foul play prompting her family to file a report with the Mandia police station.
