Guwahati: In the ongoing war against drugs Assam Police arrested two suspected drug peddlers in Assam’s Hojai district.
The two accused were identified as Chitu Banik aged 25 years and Amit Dey who aged 24 years. Both are the residence of Palli.
Following a tip off from sources the Hojai police officials launched a search operation against the drugs peddling and recovered 20 containers of suspected brown sugar from the accused.
As per the sources of My News NE, the police officials recovered the suspected Brown Sugar from Jamuhandal’s Sikari gate.
