Guwahati, 29th January: In a heartbreaking incident, the lifeless body of 6-year-old Shahina Parbin was discovered inside a gunny bag at a residence in Baghbar Gaon, Barpeta district, Assam.
The distressing find revealed apparent injuries on the child’s head and hand, indicating a potential homicide.
Local authorities swiftly responded to the scene, detaining Tariffuddin alias Tipu, the occupant of the house, and his family for interrogation.
The investigation into this tragic incident is currently underway, with efforts to uncover the circumstances surrounding the young child’s death.
