Assam: AIUDF Chief Badruddin Ajmal Accuses Congress of Creating 5 Lakh D-Voters
Guwahati, 6th January: During a foundation stone laying ceremony in Baghbor, Assam, AIUDF Chief Badruddin Ajmal accused the Tarun Gogoi-led Congress government of creating 5 lakh D-voters within a year. Ajmal criticized Congress for building detention camps, creating D-voter issues, and causing problems related to NRC. He urged Muslims to focus on education and progress, emphasizing the need to avoid being swayed by political speeches.
Ajmal also highlighted his foundation’s efforts in building schools and colleges, distinguishing it from politicians who, according to him, only build structures for themselves after winning elections.
