Assam: AIUDF Chief Badruddin Ajmal Courts Controversy with Sharp Criticism and Contentious Remarks During Rally
Guwahati, 28th April: During a rally in Rangamati, AIUDF Chief Badruddin Ajmal sparked controversy with his sharp criticism targeting various political figures and making contentious remarks. Ajmal directed derogatory remarks towards Rakibul Hussain, referring to him as “Blind” and stating that he couldn’t even walk, adding fuel to the political fire in the region.
Not stopping there, Ajmal launched scathing attacks on Sivasagar MLA Akhil Gogoi, labeling him a ‘traitor’ and ‘dumb’, denouncing recent accusations against himself and accusing Gogoi of dishonesty.
Amid touting his achievements, including developments such as the Phulbari Bridge and medical college, Ajmal also expressed his intent to attend Priyanka Gandhi’s visit to Dhubri, suggesting his interest in observing the political landscape.
Accompanied by MLAs Habib Bashir Ahmed Qasimi and Shamsul Huda, along with AIUDF Yuva Morcha central president Zeherul Islam and other party leaders and activists, Ajmal’s rally showcased a blend of political rhetoric and campaign fervor, stirring debates and intensifying the political atmosphere in the lead-up to the elections.
