Assam Announces Squad for Santosh Trophy 2024-25
Guwahati: The Assam Football Association (AFA) has officially unveiled its squad for the upcoming Senior Men’s National Football Championship for Santosh Trophy 2024-25.
The 22-member team, selected by the AFA’s Selection Sub-Committee, will represent the state in the prestigious tournament, set to take place in Mukalmua, Nalbari district.
After a thorough evaluation, the appointed head coach finalized the squad, which includes a mix of experienced players and promising young talents. The team is expected to put up a strong performance in the tournament, aiming to bring glory to the state.
The full squad for the Assam State Football Team for the Santosh Trophy 2024-25 is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Abhinash Mech, Gojen Hanse
Defenders: Nayanjyoti Kuli, Abu Usman Ali, Bishnu Rabha, Tupu Brahma, Sudem Wary, Bibung Narzary, Kapil Boro, Bilson Daimary
Midfielders: Rahul Das, Sudeepta Konwar, Sangson Saikia, Subham Chetry
