Assam: BJP Sets Sights on BTC Council Elections, Ram Dahal Eyes Ticket

Guwahati: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its campaign for the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections, with senior leader Ram Dahal actively mingling with the public in Dihira village of Assam’s Baksa district.

As a member of the BJP’s state executive, Dahal has been working to strengthen the party’s presence in the region.

In a brief interview with reporters near Baksa, Ram Dahal hinted at expecting a ticket from the BJP for the upcoming BTC council elections in the 23rd Dihira council constituency.

With his extensive experience in the party, having served twice as the secretary and twice as the president of the Baksa district BJP, Dahal is confident about his prospects.

Dahal emphasized his dream of development for the constituency, highlighting the need for progress and growth in the region.
