New Delhi – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured a resounding victory in the Delhi Assembly elections, igniting massive celebrations at the Sribhumi district office. Jubilant party supporters burst firecrackers, waved BJP flags, and chanted slogans, marking the party’s return to power in the national capital after over 26 years.
The celebratory event was attended by key BJP leaders, including MLA Kamalakhya Dey Purkayastha, District BJP President Dr. Manas Das, and Municipality Chairman Rabindra Dev, along with hundreds of enthusiastic party workers.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Kamalakhya Dey Purkayastha took a swipe at the opposition, declaring, “While people in Pakistan are struggling for food, the Congress and AAP are desperately struggling for votes in India.” His remark was met with loud applause from the crowd, underscoring BJP’s confidence and dominance in the election.
