Assam: BTR Chief Executive Member Pramod Boro Distributes Appointment Letters to 900 New Teachers
BGuwahati, 22nd August: Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Pramod Boro, has distributed appointment letters to 900 Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualified candidates in a move aimed at enhancing educational standards within the region.
The newly appointed teachers will serve as Assistant Teachers in Arts, Science, and Hindi across Provincialised Lower Primary (L.P.) and Middle English (M.E.) schools in BTR. The appointments are part of a broader initiative to improve educational quality and access within the region.
During the ceremony, Boro extended his heartfelt congratulations to the new educators and emphasized the importance of their role in shaping students’ futures. He urged them to embrace teaching as an art form, encouraging them to go beyond traditional methods and to inspire their students to become responsible and successful individuals.
The event, which underscores BTR’s commitment to educational excellence, was attended by several key figures including BTR Executive Members Daobaisa Boro, Ukil Musahary, Dharma Narayan Das, Goutom Das, Diganta Barua, MCLA Madhab Chandra Chetry, and Pabitra Boro. The Director of Education BTC, JP Brahma, was also present to support the initiative.
