Assam: Cachar DC Reaffirms Commitment to Fair Polls with Pre-Election Training Site Visit

Guwahati: As the Panchayat Elections 2025 draw near, Cachar District Commissioner and District Election Officer Mridul Yadav undertook a crucial inspection of the polling personnel training camp at Narsing Higher Secondary School in Silchar.

His visit signaled the district administration’s firm resolve to ensure a smooth and transparent electoral process.

Joined by Additional Deputy Commissioner Yubraj Borthakur, the senior officials closely monitored the ongoing sessions designed to prepare presiding and polling officers for their roles in the upcoming elections.
