Assam: CDA Guwahati to Host SPARSH Outreach Programme for Pensioners’ Grievance Redressal
Guwahati — The Controller of Defence Accounts (CDA) in Guwahati has announced a SPARSH (System for Pension Administration (Raksha)) outreach programme, aimed at addressing and resolving issues faced by service and family pensioners. The event is scheduled for November 6 and 7 and will be held at the Community Hall of CDA Guwahati.
This outreach programme is designed specifically for pensioners from Kamrup Metro and nearby areas, providing them with a platform to voice concerns and receive assistance with their pension matters. The initiative includes critical services such as Digital Life Certification, and the linking of Aadhaar, phone numbers, and PAN numbers to the SPARSH system.
Pensioners are encouraged to attend and are advised to bring essential SPARSH-related documents, including their Pension Payment Order (PPO), PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and the mobile number registered with the SPARSH PPO. The CDA Guwahati hopes this event will streamline assistance for pensioners, ensuring their records are up-to-date and their issues are resolved efficiently.
