Digital Desk: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma poses for a photo alongside a Digboi resident who has the chief minister’s portrait tattooed on his back.
The man is identified as Rajesh Sarkar, resident from Golai in Digboi of Assam.
Chief Minister sharing the photo, wrote, “Lost words of appreciation for Rajesh Sarkar of No. 1 Golai, Digboi, who took the pain of having my tattoo on his own body.”
This is not the first time that one has got himself inked with Himanta Biswa Sarma’s photo. However, there have also been earlier incidents of this kind.
The Chief Minister visited Digboi earlier today to take part in the Nazirating Tamuli Tourism Festival. He contributed 3 crores on behalf of the government to create the Nazirating Tamuli tourism circuit.
