Assam: Dhubri celebrates its 41st District Day on its foundation anniversary

Dhubri: Dhubri district today transformed into a vibrant tapestry of colours, culture, and fervent celebration as the district administration commemorated ‘Dhubri District Day’, marking the 41st anniversary of its foundation on July 1, 1983.
