Assam Direct Recruitment Exam Results Expected in February 2025, CM Announces
Guwahati, Assam — The results of the ongoing Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) will be announced in February 2025, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma confirmed after a cabinet meeting on Sunday.
Speaking to the media, CM Sarma stated, “Today, candidates are appearing for the last phase of the ADRE examinations. I hope the exams conclude successfully today. We anticipate that we can declare the results of both the exams by February 2025.”
In addition to the results timeline, the Chief Minister revealed that appointment letters for successful candidates will be distributed on May 10, 2025.
The ADRE examination has drawn significant participation, with a total of 1,379,132 candidates vying for 5,023 vacancies across 42 state government departments. The initiative aims to streamline the recruitment process and fill critical positions within the state administration.
As candidates complete their exams, the government remains focused on ensuring a fair and efficient selection process for prospective employees in Assam.
