Assam: Electrocution claims life of a woman in Abhayapuri
Guwahati, 3rd June: In a heart-wrenching incident, Iniyara Khatun, a 25-year-old mother of two, met with a fatal accident on May 3 in Dumuria 1st Block, Abhayapuri. The young woman tragically succumbed to electrocution while hanging clothes to dry in the premises of her residence.
According to reports, Khatun accidentally came into contact with an electric wire while performing the routine household chore. The incident resulted in severe injuries, and despite efforts to rush her to Abhayapuri Civil Hospital for medical attention, she tragically passed away en route.
