Guwahati: In view of the heavy downpour in the northeastern states, especially Assam, the district administration of Assam has ordered the closure of all educational institutions in the Darrang District till June 25, 2022.
Notably, this decision has been taken as flooding caused by nonstop rain over the previous week wreaked havoc in various areas of the state.
All educational institutions, whether privately or publicly sponsored, will be closed from Thursday through Saturday, according to a formal order from the district administration.
However, any exams that are scheduled to take place during these times will, proceed as planned.
