Guwahati, 20th April: A frightening incident unfolded in Assam’s Jorabat area on Tuesday when a massive gas tanker lost control and overturned, causing turmoil in the vicinity.
Reports indicate that the 14-wheeler gas tanker, bearing registration number GJ 12 BV 2645, was en route from Guwahati to Upper Assam when the mishap occurred.
The incident sparked immediate concern, prompting the swift arrival of police and fire-fighting personnel to the scene. Despite the alarming nature of the accident, fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported.
Upon coming to a halt in a precarious position, authorities deployed a fire extinguishing force to ensure the safety of the area surrounding the accident site.
