Guwahati Police’s Cyber Crime Police Station has successfully recovered a substantial amount of money from an online investment scam victim. A resident of Satgaon had lost a significant sum of Rs 15,00,000 to the fraudulent scheme.
The dedicated team from the Cyber Crime Police Station has managed to recover Rs 2,35,310, which has been credited back to the victim’s bank account. The police are actively pursuing further investigations to recover the remaining amount and apprehend the individuals responsible for the scam.
