Guwahati: A minor girl allegedly shot herself in Dibrugarh district of Assam on Friday.
The incident took place in the Amolapatty area of the district.
According to reports, the 15-year-old girl used her father’s licensed pistol to shoot herself.
However, the reason behind her extreme step was not immediately known.
Meanwhile, the identity of the girl is yet to be ascertained.
