Guwahati: A minor who was employed as domestic servant was allegedly pushed down from the 3rd floor of the residence by her employer in Guwahati city of Assam.
The incident took place in the Jayanagar area of the city.
The accused employer identified as Banashree Sarkar.
According to reports, the 15-year-old victim has received severely injured on her hands, chest, back, and throat.
Following the incident, she was immediately rushed to Agile Hospital and then referred to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for better treatment.
Meanwhile, Sarkar has been detained by Basistha Police for questioning.
It may be mentioned that the victim has been working for Sarkar since January and was often harassed by the accused.
