Assam: Missing Man’s Body Found in Boko River

Guwahati, 23rd June: The body of a 50-year-old man, Debakanta Rava, was discovered in the Boko River in the Pathshalakuth area of Boko. Rava, a resident of Boko Dakuapara, had been missing since Saturday.

Rava’s family reported his disappearance after he failed to return home from the weekly market. It is suspected that he was swept away by a strong current while attempting to cross the Boko River on his way to the market.

Local authorities and residents launched a search operation, leading to the recovery of Rava’s body. Boko police have confirmed the discovery and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death. Initial reports suggest that he may have been caught in a strong current, resulting in the tragic incident.
