Every artist along with all the members of the organizing committee should be taken both doses of COVID-19 and it is mandatory for the viewers to wear a mask, Health Minister said.
However, the SOP stated that mobile theatre can not be played in the containment zones and in the places having more numbers of COVID cases.
Mahanta also said that if any of the COVID-19 protocols will be seen violating, the centre will cancel the permission of the district collector and the subdivision president to hold theatre.
He further added that the show must be started early so that all the audience can go back before the curfew begins in the state.
It may be mentioned that the theatre must have a hand sanitizer at the entrance to fight the spread of the COVID pandemic.
