Assam: Prime Accused Held on Charges Of Exam Paper Leak Case In Morigaon

Guwahati: Lakhimpur Police apprehended a person on suspicion of leaking the third-year exam for the Health Department Examination in Assam.

The exam was conducted on Sunday. According to reports, a part of the question paper was found in the examination hall.

Later, someone posted a photo of the exam paper online making it go viral. The word “begum” was clearly visible on the page. However, the name was unclear to the authorities.

After extensive inquiry, it was discovered that Nasma Begum who is a resident of Lakhimpur district of Assam and was responsible for the Moirabari paper leak case in Morigaon.

Nasma had appeared for her examination in Lakhimpur from where the question paper was leaked. It has come to light that the question paper was leaked via her phone.

The suspect was arrested by the police from Moirabari town in Morigaon District.
