Guwahati, 14th June: Authorities in Kaziranga National Park have reported the discovery of a dead rhinoceros in the Kohora forest area, near the Banga forest camp within the park premises.
Forest officials are currently investigating the incident and suspect that the rhino may have died of natural causes. To ascertain the exact cause of death, an autopsy will be conducted, which is expected to provide more detailed information.
The forest department has taken measures to secure the area and has successfully retrieved the body of the rhinoceros for further examination and analysis.
