Guwahati: In a tragic incident, a school girl was severely injured after being hit by a speeding in Kamrup district of Assam.
The incident took place at Baihata Chariali of the district.
According to reports, the school girl was hit by a speeding dumper truck while she was on her way home from school.
Moreover, the identity of the minor girl is yet to be ascertained.
Following the incident, the girl was rushed to a nearby hospital for better treatment.
Meanwhile, enraged locals thrashed the dumper’s driver and reported the incident to the police officials.
