Guwahati, 22nd June: A tragic incident has left the community of Komorakata under the Jogighopa police station area in Bongaigaon district, Assam, in distress and outrage. The body of a young girl, a class VIII student of Komorakata Middle English School, was discovered under suspicious circumstances.
The student had departed from her home early in the morning to sit for an exam at her school. However, she was found lying unconscious near a tree along her route. A fellow student noticed her and quickly informed a teacher, raising immediate alarm.
