Guwahati: At least three persons including a women were severely injured after a lightning struck in Tinsukia district of Assam on Tuesday morning.
The incident took place at Jankipur tea estate in Pengeri of Digboi.
According to reports, the trio was struck by lightning while they working at the tea estate today morning.
The injured persons identified as Rita Mura, Karthik Kand, and Julie Binghai.
Following the incident, all of them were immediately rushed to Digboi Civil Hospital for better treatment.
