Assam: Three including two students injured after Head-on collision in Nagaon’s Kaliabor

Guwahati, 2nd May: A road accident in Madhtari, Kaliabor, has left a woman identified as Ranu Bora and two students seriously injured following a collision between a Tata AC vehicle and a scooty.

Eyewitnesses reported that the collision involved a Tata AC vehicle with registration number As 02 BC 0638 and a scooty registered as As 12 U 8150. The impact of the crash resulted in critical injuries to Ranu Bora and the two students.

Local authorities and bystanders swiftly responded to the incident, facilitating the prompt transfer of the injured individuals to Kaliabor Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital for urgent medical treatment. Police, along with assistance from local residents, ensured the victims’ timely admission to the hospital.

Details regarding the cause of the accident and the condition of the injured individuals are currently undisclosed. Investigations are underway to determine the sequence of events leading to the collision.
