Guwahati, 25th December: A tourist, identified as Farooq Ahmed from Barpeta Road, has found himself in trouble after posting pictures on social media that show him posing with a gun belonging to the forest department at Manas National Park on December 24.
The viral pictures have sparked reactions from netizens, who are now demanding immediate action against the tourist.
Concerns are being raised regarding how a visitor was able to pose with a firearm from the forest divisional authorities.
The incident has prompted questions about security measures at the national park. It remains to be seen what action the higher authorities of the forest department will take in response to this incident.
