Assam: Unidentified Man Found Dead in Buridehing River
Assam: The body of an unidentified man was discovered in the Buridehing River near Malung Gaon on Friday afternoon. The grim find occurred within the jurisdiction of the Margherita police station in Tinsukia district. Officials from the Ledo Police Outpost responded to the scene and recovered the deceased.
The body, described as that of a man approximately five feet tall, was clothed in a yellow T-shirt, a grey jacket, and pyjamas. Due to the lack of identifying features, his identity remains a mystery. Following the recovery, the body was transported to the Tinsukia Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The deceased individual’s body is currently being preserved in the morgue of the Tinsukia Civil Hospital. Authorities are actively seeking information regarding the man’s identity and the circumstances surrounding his death.
