Guwahati, 15th November: In yet another shocking incident, semi-decomposed body of a woman was found in Assam’s Darrang district on November 15.
The incident occurred in Sipajhar of the district.
As per sources, the body of a woman was recovered from the septic tank of a residence in Baney Kuchi area.
The grim scene unfolded as family members stumbled upon the body wrapped in a sack while using the toilet.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Pathrighat police reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.
It needs to mention that Locals suspect that the woman was raped and murdered by some miscreants.
However, the identity of the deceased remains unknown.
Moreover, Darrang police officials have initiated a thorough investigation into the entire incident.
