Assam: VHP Dhubri Stages Protest Against Pahalgam Terror Killings, Voices Concerns Over Anti-National Sentiments

Dhubri, Assam – The Dhubri unit of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) today held a sit-in protest to vehemently condemn the recent terror killings that occurred in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

The demonstration, which drew a considerable number of VHP activists, was organized in response to a nationwide appeal by the organization, reflecting widespread anger and concern over the escalating violence in the region.

Amidst the expressions of condemnation, reports indicate that slogans of “Murdabad” were directed towards MLA Aminul Islam during the protest. The specific reasons behind these slogans were not immediately apparent, highlighting the charged atmosphere surrounding the demonstration.

Furthermore, the Dhubri VHP raised serious concerns regarding certain individuals allegedly disseminating pro-Pakistan sentiments through various social media platforms. The organization urged the government to take immediate and stringent action against these individuals.
