Guwahati: A video has emerged in which a lady constable is seen apparently drunken during duty hours in Assam’s Dibrugarh.
At a time when Assam police is adopting stringent steps against drunk driving in the state, a lady constable has been seen drunken in the Naharkatia area of the district.
The female cop was seen in broad daylight and urged that journalists not film her. The lady cop has been chastised by the community for her actions.
It may be mentioned that the incident took place in front of the Naharkatia Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate Court’s office.
