Guwahati: Noted Assamese cartoonist, Chiranjeev Dutta breathed his last at the age of 56 following prolonged illness on Saturday.
Dutta passed away today morning at his residence in Guwahati.
Dutta was a popular cartoonist and was working with the ‘Bismaya’ magazine till the time of his death.
His last rites will be conducted at the Nabagraha crematorium in the city.
