ATK Mohun Bagan beat Kerala Blasters in opening match, Northeast United to face Mumbai City tonight
ATK Mohun Bagan defeated Kerala Blasters by 1-0 in opening match of Indian Super League 2020-21 edition. Roy Krishna scored the valuable goal to put his side ahead of Kerala Blasters. Kerala couldn’t score the equalizer hence the ATK Mohun Bagan side got better of them.
After scoring the goal Roy Krishna said in a video posted by ATK Mohun Bagan on twitter “I am happy to play for this team, especially for this club. It is a privilege. I will not take all the credit. I think we defended really well. I had a few chances in the first half, disappointed. But happy to get on the scoresheet.”

On the other hand NorthEast United to face Mumbai City FC in their first match of the season. The Highlanders side will be hoping to put years of disappointing performances behind them and start with a new energy in this season. NorthEast side have brought a young coach Gerard Nus from Spanish and 19 new players has also been included in the side.
