Audacious Miscreants Rob Blind Railway Employee at Kamakhya Railway Station, Prompting Safety Concerns
Guwahati, 2nd August: In a shocking incident at Kamakhya Railway Station, a group of audacious miscreants targeted a defenseless railway employee who is visually impaired, robbing him of his belongings.
According to witnesses, the visually impaired railway employee was confronted by a gang of individuals who forcefully snatched his mobile phone and looted Rs 25,000 in cash.
Despite his brave attempts to resist, the victim was overpowered and left in a state of shock as the perpetrators swiftly fled the scene.
The entire brazen episode was captured on the station’s CCTV cameras, revealing at least four individuals in the group involved in the act.
As news of the distressing incident spread, Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) immediately launched a manhunt to trace the miscreants responsible for this appalling robbery.
