Gangtok: The Badminton Association of Sikkim (BAS) has announced a Winter Badminton Coaching Camp designed to hone the skills of young badminton enthusiasts. Scheduled to commence on January 4, 2025, the camp will be conducted at the Indoor Badminton Hall, Paljor Stadium Complex, Gangtok.
Targeted towards boys and girls within the Under-11 and Under-13 age groups, the month-long program will be overseen by a seasoned BWF-certified coach, ensuring participants receive top-tier training and guidance.
This initiative aligns with BAS’s ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent and providing the necessary resources to support their growth within the sport.
To further enhance the development of participants, BAS will offer specially curated diets for optimal performance and growth, high-quality shuttlecocks for practice sessions, and custom BAS-branded T-shirts to foster team spirit and unity.
Parents and guardians interested in enrolling their children are encouraged to register early, as slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
