The affected villagers of Baghjan fire likely to get the compensation in the first week of December. The Tinsukia district administration has assured all the affected people of Baghjan will get their compensation. The fire was doused by experts back in November 15.
Oil India Limited (OIL) has been providing around 50,000 rupees to six-seven affected families. The district administration of Tinsukia has already released 36,900 crores for compensation to the affected peoples of Baghjan.
