Guwahati: Bengali actress Aindrila Sharma breathed her last at the age of 24 in Kolkata on Sunday.
Cancer survivor Aindrila was undergoing treatment after repeated heart attacks earlier this week.
The actress experienced a brain stroke on November 1 and was subsequently brought to the hospital.
Earlier, on November 14, Aindrila’s boyfriend, actor Sabyasachi Chowdhury, took to his social media handle and requested fans to pray for a miracle. He mentioned that Aindrila is fighting an “inhuman battle”. His post indicated that his girlfriend’s condition is not stable.
Aindrila was born and brought up in Berhampore of West Bengal. She made her television debut with ‘Jhumur’. She was also part of movies like Ami Didi No 1 and Love Cafe.
