BJP leader Manoj Tiwari Energizes BJP Campaign in Assam
Guwahati, 10th April: Bhojpuri singer, actor, and BJP leader Manoj Tiwari made a spirited entrance into Assam to bolster the party’s election campaign for BJP candidate Sarbananda Sonowal in Tinsukia and Dibrugarh.
Amidst chants of “Narendra Modi Zindabad, BJP Zindabad,” Tiwari rode through the enthusiastic crowd, waving and acknowledging their support. The fervent gathering eagerly awaited his arrival, signaling the growing momentum behind the BJP’s electoral efforts.
Scheduled to lead another roadshow in Tinsukia, Tiwari is set to address a public rally at Jalan Nagar LP ME School Field, Dibrujan, Paltan Bazar in Dibrugarh later today at 5:30 pm.
Meanwhile, Assam BJP Minister Sarbananda Sonowal expressed confidence in the party’s prospects in the upcoming state assembly elections. Sonowal asserted that the BJP is poised to secure victory in 12 out of 14 seats, emphasizing the pivotal role of Northeast in the BJP’s electoral success. He outlined the party’s ambitious target of winning 22 out of 25 seats in the region, underscoring the strategic importance of Northeast in the BJP’s electoral calculus.
The Assam election, designed to ensure a transparent and orderly democratic process, will unfold in three phases, with the initial phase slated for April 19, followed by the second phase on April 26 and the third phase on May 7.
