BJP President Nadda Applauds PM Modi’s Initiatives in Northeast
Northeast Desk, 13th April: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda arrived in Dimapur as part of his tour to bolster support and rally voters ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
In his address, Nadda expressed satisfaction with Prime Minister Modi’s initiatives in the Northeast, highlighting the significant investment of fifty-five thousand crores in the region. He praised PM Modi for transforming the culture, definition, style, and approach of politics.
Nadda also commented on the political landscape in Nagaland, emphasizing the limited presence of the Congress party in the state. He noted the absence of Congress seats in Kohima and the Vidhan Sabha, contrasting it with the transformative leadership of PM Modi and CM Neiphiu Rio, under whom Nagaland is experiencing positive change.
Throughout his visit, the BJP’s focus on Nagaland’s development and the proactive measures taken by the Prime Minister in the Northeast have been central themes of Nadda’s address, reflecting the party’s commitment to the region’s progress.
