BJP Spokesperson in Manipur Criticizes Congress’s Divisive Agenda

Northeast Desk, 12th April: During an election rally in Ukhrul, M Asnikumar Singh, the spokesperson of BJP Manipur Pradesh, and overseer of the Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, criticized the Congress party’s agenda as divisive and communal. Singh emphasized the BJP’s focus on inclusive growth and development, contrasting it with what he described as the Congress party’s history of divisive policies and communal politics.

Singh highlighted the BJP’s commitment to empowering every citizen of Ukhrul and Manipur, nurturing youth entrepreneurship, and championing women’s aspirations across the state. He compared the BJP’s agenda of inclusivity, empowerment, and welfare with the Congress party’s purported divisive vote bank policies, stressing their detrimental impact on Manipur’s volatile situation.

Amidst Manipur’s period of unrest and violence, Singh underscored the enduring unity among the diverse communities of Nagas, Meiteis, and other tribes, standing resilient against external influences and united in their pursuit of peace and progress.

Singh asserted the BJP and its NDA allies’ role in bringing peace, progress, and prosperity to Manipur, contrasting it with what he deemed as the Congress party’s resort to falsehoods and propaganda.

Recognizing the significance of the upcoming parliamentary elections in shaping the destiny of the state and the nation, Singh implored the people to support NPF candidate Zimik, affirming their commitment to a future characterized by progress, development, and unity.

Expressing confidence in the BJP’s electoral prospects, Singh predicted that the party would secure a significant number of seats independently and surpass 400 seats with the support of its allies. He asserted his belief that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would secure his third term in June, attributing this conviction to the BJP’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing the welfare of the people and fostering good governance.
