BJP Will Sweep Panchayat Elections, Says Tripura Party President

Northeast Desk, 19th July: Rajib Bhattacharya, President of Tripura Pradesh BJP, has exuded confidence that the party will win the upcoming Panchayat Elections with a landslide victory. Speaking to reporters at a nomination filing rally in Bishalgarh, Bhattacharya claimed that the BJP has filed nominations across the state with a 100% completion rate and enjoys massive support and trust from the people.

Bhattacharya dismissed allegations from opposition parties that BJP workers were preventing candidates from filing nominations, stating that the opposition lacks workers and public support. He accused Congress and CPIM leaders of prioritizing personal gain over policy and agenda, suggesting that some Congress leaders may even join BJP again in the future.

The Panchayat Elections are scheduled to take place on August 8, with results expected on August 12. BJP is optimistic about its chances, citing its previous electoral successes and the party’s commitment to working for the people and development.
