BJP’s Campaign in Tripura Gains Momentum with Chief Minister and BJYM Rally
Northeast Desk, 12th April: Chief Minister Manik Saha recently led a roadshow in Gomati, Tripura, to support Biplab Kumar Deb, the BJP’s candidate for the West Tripura Lok Sabha Constituency. Additionally, a bike rally organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) 13 Pratapgarh Mandal in Agartala saw enthusiastic participation from hundreds of youths and party workers.
The rally, led by State BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee, former chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb, and State BJYM president Sushanta Deb, showcased the party’s growing support base near Jogendranagar Railway Station.
BJYM State president Sushanta Deb highlighted the active role of youths in the party’s campaign, aiming for victories in both parliamentary seats. He emphasized the significance of youth involvement as active participants and supporters of the BJYM.
Furthermore, Deb mentioned the party’s goal of securing both Lok Sabha seats and presenting two ‘lotus flowers’ to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as symbols of victory in the upcoming polls.
Tripura is preparing for two-phase elections this year, with the West Tripura Constituency scheduled to vote on April 19, followed by East Tripura on April 26.
