Guwahati, 3rd August: A grim finding was made at Pandu College Gate ground as the lifeless body of a youth was found under suspicious circumstances.
Locals, who stumbled upon the body, suspect foul play and believe that the young man, identified as Jeevan Paswan, may have been murdered and discarded at the scene.
Authorities from Jalukbari police were present at the spot to investigate the matter further.
According to reports, Jeevan Paswan had been missing for four days before his lifeless body was discovered.
In order to ascertain the cause of death and gather crucial evidence, the body has been sent to Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) for a postmortem examination.
