Guwahati: In a horrific incident, the body of a person was found dead under “suspicious” circumstances by passersby at the parking lot of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) on Monday.
According to reports, the dead appeared to have died while sleeping as the body was discovered covered in a blanket and in a natural position.
The identity of the deceased or the cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
The body has been recovered by the police and a case has been registered.
