Cash Reward Available for Info on Pistol Used in Dibrugarh Firing
Guwahati: Anyone with information that helps locate the pistol used in the shooting incident that happened in the Assam district of Dibrugarh on October 31 has been offered a monetary reward of Rs 50,000.
The police have asked people to contact the Dibrugarh Police on Twitter or the Superintendent of Police (SP) via WhatsApp.

Taking to twitter, the Dibrugarh Polcie said, “Reward of ₹ 50,000 will be given for information leading to recovery of pistol used in firing near Laluka gaon near Amolapatty. Information will be kept confidential.”
It should be noted that a middle-aged man identified as Siddharth Rajkonwar was fired at by unidentified miscreants close to Laluka village in Dibrugarh of Assam and suffered severe injuries.
Although he was shot at point blank range, reports said that the bullet wound fortunately wasn’t fatal.
However, the attack’s motivation is yet unknown.
