Imphal: A wave of concern has swept through Manipur’s media community following the vandalization of a local newspaper in Churachandpur district by unidentified individuals.

This act of violence occurred amidst the region’s already tense and volatile situation, casting a shadow over the safety of journalists operating in the area.

The Manipur Hills Journalists’ Union (MHJU) has issued a strong condemnation of the incident, expressing deep concern over the attack.
