Civil Aviation Minister Scindia Expresses Sympathy for Deaths in Nepal Plane Crash

Guwahati: Jyotiraditya Scindia, the minister of civil aviation for the Union, expressed his condolences for the loss of life in the plane crash with 72 on board on Sunday in Pokhara, Nepal.

Taking to Twitter, Scindia said, “The loss of lives in a tragic plane crash in Nepal is extremely unfortunate. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the bereaved. Om Shanti.”

Notably, a jet heading for Kathmandu that have been carrying 72 people crashed on the runway on Sunday morning at Nepal’s Pokhara International Airport.
