Cong MLA rides horse to Jharkhand Assembly on International Women’s Day
Guwahati: Amba Prasad, a Congress MLA from Jharkhand was seen riding a horse to the Jharkhand Assembly to commemorate Women’s Day.
The MLA intended to represent the power and potential of women to be self-sufficient and independent, as well as the fact that every woman contains a Goddess Durga and Rani Lakshmi Bai.
“Every woman has a part of Durga, Jhansi ki Rani in her and she should face every difficulty with courage. Parents must educate their daughters because women are succeeding in every area,” MLA Amba Prasad said.
Taking to Twitter, Amba Prasad shared, “Wishing everyone a very Happy International Women’s Day. With 50% participation of women in all social, economic, political fields, the country and the state can achieve 100% of their potential. Let us all work together on this. Give the same power to daughters as you give to sons.”
